you. We will, in accordance with laws and regulations, and to the best of our
ability, take corresponding security measures to protect your personal
information. In view of this, Damai.cn service provider (“Damai” or
"we" for short) has prepared the “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter
referred to as the “Terms” or the “Policy”) and hereby kindly reminds you:
This Policy
applies to all products and services provided by Damai. This Policy
also applies to products or services provided by us and our affiliates (as
defined below) which contain the products or services provided by Damai but are
not subject to independent privacy policy. If the products or services we or
our affiliates provide to you are subject to independent privacy policy, such
privacy policy corresponding to such products or services shall apply.
Please note
that this Policy does not apply to services provided to you
by any other third party, which shall be subject to the privacy policy
described by the third party to you.
Before using the
products or services of Damai, please read carefully and thoroughly the Terms
and understand them, especially the terms in bold or underlined in bold. Do not
use the products or services before you have fully understood and agreed to the
Terms. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about the

service”.
Part One.
Definition
Damai: means the website of Damai.cn (domain name: damai.cn).
Damai service
provider: means the internet information and software technology service
provider- Beijing Damai Cultural Media Development Co., Ltd., with its
registered office at Room 701, 7/F, Building 32, Dongzhong Street, Dongcheng
District, Beijing.
Affiliates: means Alibaba Group Holding Limited, an affiliate of Damai service provider
as disclosed in the latest Annual Report of Listed Companies.
Alipay: means Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., the main provider
of Alipay services.
Personal
information: means information recorded
electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person or
reflect the activity of a particular natural person, either alone or in
combination with other information.
Sensitive personal
information: means personal information including ID number,
personal biometric information, bank account number, property information,
whereabouts, transaction information, information about children under 14 years
of age (inclusive) (sensitive personal information will be prominently marked
in bold in the Terms) .
Deletion of
personal information: means the act
of deleting personal information from the system used to realize normal
business functions, so that such information is no longer retrievable and
accessible.
Children: means minors under the age of 14.
Unless otherwise
provided, the definitions herein shall have the same meaning with the
definitions in Damai Member Service Agreement.

I. How we collect
and use your personal information
When you use our
products and/or services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal
information which comes in the following two types:
1. Information
which you must authorize us to collect and use in order for us to provide you
with the basic functions of our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will
not be able to use our products and/or services properly;
2. Information
which you may authorize us to collect and use in order for us to provide you
with additional functions of our products and/or services. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able
to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the effect we intend to
deliver, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our
products and/or services.
You understand and
agree:
In order to provide
you with a better experience with our products and services, we will make
constant efforts to improve our technology. During our launching of new or
optimized functions from time to time, we may need to collect and use updated
personal information or change the purpose or manner of using personal
information. In this regard, we will inform you
separately of the purpose, scope and manner of using corresponding information
through updating the Terms or giving pop-ups or page prompts, and provide you
with consent options for you to choose from, and only collect and use your
personal information with your explicit consent. If, during this
process, you have any questions, comments or suggestions, you may contact us
through the channels provided by Damai, and we will respond to you as soon as
possible.
We will collect and
use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this
clause:
(i) Membership
registration
1. Basic membership
services: To complete the account creation, you need to provide us with the
following information: the name of the account you are about to create,
your nickname, password and mobile number.
To help you sign up
for our membership, we will also provide you with the option to log on to our
website by authorizing the binding of your account with a third party account
(Micro blog, QQ, Alipay and WeChat). After your logging on by
authorizing the binding as described above, we may acquire the public
information on your account with the third party. Based on service trust, we
hope that you can exercise caution in choosing the option.
2. Additional
membership services: We will be able to provide you with more personalized
membership services if you provide us the following additional information
during the registration process: delivery address, gender, birthday,
email address. However, if you don’t provide such information, your
use of the basic browsing function of this service will not be affected. Be
careful when uploading your photo as profile picture in account management, to
avoid leakage of your sensitive personal information.
(ii) Real-name
authentication
We will
collect your real-name information under any of the following circumstances:
(1) when you purchase or book tickets from Damai, you may add the real name
information about the frequently used purchaser to facilitate ticket booking;
(2) to comply with the real name requirement for posting comments as provided
for in the law; (3) to comply with the real name requirement for purchasers of
the tickets or audience of large Events as provided for in the law or by the
domestic public security authority; (4) provided that you need to enable the
face recognition login or security checkup, and you agree to the facial
information authorization agreement. The real name information we
collect may include the real name, ID card information (ID card number,
passport number, and number of the exit-entry permit for travelling to and from
Hong Kong and Macao, and mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents) and the
facial information authorized by you. To ensure the authenticity and
uniqueness of information, we will conduct real name authentication via credit
checking platforms or by any other common means based on the information
provided by you. The real name information provided by you is unchangeable as
long as the authentication is successfully completed.
(iii) Display of
product or service information
During your use of
our services, in order to identify the abnormity of your account, understand
the adaptability of our product, and provide you with page display and search
results that better meet your needs, we may automatically collect your usage
information and store it as a weblog, which contains:
Device Information: We will receive and record, according to the specific operations
during your installation and/or use of software, information about the device
you are using (including the device model, version of the operating system,
device settings, device advertising identifier, mobile equipment identifier,
network card address, mobile application list and other hardware and software
and equipment environment information) and information about the location of
your device (including the GPS location authorized by you, and sensor
information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations)
Service log information: During your use of the products or
services provided by our website, we will automatically collect the detailed
information on how you use our products or services and will save it as a
service log, including information you browsed, contents you viewed,
webpages you added to favorites, your transactions, after-sales services,
contents you followed and shared, information you published, your IP address,
browser type, the telecom operator, language you used, and the date and time of
your access.
Please note that the device information or the service log information cannot
be used to identify a specific natural person when used alone. This type of
non-personal information, when used by us in connection with other information
to identify a specific natural person, or with other personal information, will
be considered as personal information, and will be anonymized or de-identified
by us, except as otherwise authorized by you or provided for by relevant laws
and regulations.
In order to provide
you with more convenient and personalized information display, search and push
services, we will extract your preference functions based on your device
information and service log information, and generate indirect group profile
based on the function tags, to display or push messages or possible commercials
to you.
If you do not want
to accept the commercials we send to you, you may unsubscribe or close the
service by following our instructions or through any other means available to
you.
Further, we may use
your information above to continuously improve and optimize the above
functions.
(iv) Payment and
settlement
In order to
purchase or book tickets successfully, you may complete payment and settlement
via online banking or third party payment platforms in cooperation with Damai.
We may share, via the software tool development kit (SDK) of the third-party
payment platform embedded in the application, your information related
to order payment, equipment information related to order
security and other information required by anti-money laundering laws, with
financial or payment institutions for the sole purpose of enabling the
completion of payment.
(v) Ticket delivery
In order to
successfully deliver the ticket, we will disclose the order-related delivery
information to a logistics company, which will synchronize the order-related
delivery information with the corresponding logistics distributor as
designated by the commodity and/or service provider. You understand and agree
that the corresponding logistics distributor will inevitably know and use your
delivery information for the purpose of completing the delivery.
In order for us to
be informed and confirm the delivery progress and status in a timely manner,
and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree
that we may collect information about the delivery progress from the relevant
logistics service entities. If you don’t want the aforesaid information to be
collected, you may choose to collect the tickets yourself or by other means.
When you book
tickets for others through Damai, you need to provide the aforementioned
personal information of the actual purchaser. Prior to the provision of
the aforesaid personal information about such actual purchaser to Damai, you
shall make sure that you have obtained authorization or consent thereof. When
you book tickets for any child, you need to obtain the authorization or consent
of the guardian thereof beforehand.
(vi) Provision of
invoices
If you need us to
issue invoices, you shall, in accordance with law, provide the following
information: your name or the full name of your company and your
company’s tax identification number. Once submitted, such information is
unchangeable.
(vii) Customer
service and order processing
When you contact us
or submit an application for sale or after-sales services, we need you to
provide necessary personal information to verify your membership so as to
protect the safety of your account and system.
In order to quickly
reach out to you, and help you solve the problem as soon as possible or record
how we handle relevant issues and the results, we may save the records
of communications/calls between us and relevant contents (including the account
information, order information, other information you provided to support
relevant facts, or the contact information you provided). In case that
you make an inquiry, complaint or any suggestions about a specific order, we
will use your account information and the order information.
In order to meet
the reasonable need to provide services and improve the service quality, we may
also use other information about you, including the information you provided to
our customer service, and the information you provided in our questionnaire survey.
(viii) The function
for public release of comments and other information
You may release
information publicly through comments, forums and other information release
functions we provide to you. Please note that the information you have
publicly released may involve personal information or even sensitive personal
information of yours or others, such as when you choose to upload a picture
containing personal information while making comments. Please
consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant
information when using our services. If the information to be
released by you involves personal information about any child, you need to
obtain the authorization or consent of the guardian thereof before making such
release. In the case above, the guardian has the right to contact us through
the channels provided in Article VIII hereof, requesting for correction or
deletion of any personal information about the child.
(ix) Security
assurance
To improve your
safe use of the services provided by us, or our affiliates or partners, protect
the personal and property safety of yours or other users or the public from
damage, further reduce risks posed by phishing websites, fraud, network
vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other
security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations
or relevant rules of Damai, we have embedded the application security SDK
developed by our affiliate in the application, to collect your device information
and service log information. With your authorization or to the extent permitted
by law, we may use or combine your membership information, transaction
information, or information shared by our affiliates and partners to identify
risks with your account and transactions, and perform identity verification and
security incident detection and prevention, and may take necessary measures to
record, audit, analyze and handle such incidents.
(x) Other
additional services
To provide you with
more convenient, improved and personalized products and/or services, and to
enhance your experience with us, we may collect and use your personal
information when providing the following additional services to you. If
you do not provide such information, your use of the browsing, search and other
basic functions will not be affected, however, you may not be able to
gain the user experience that these additional services will bring to you. These
additional services include:
1.2.Additional services for accessing,
adding and uploading pictures/videos based on albums (picture library/video
library): After you have granted the album permission, you may use this
function to save wonderful posters and stage photos, upload your
photos/pictures/videos, to change the profile picture, make comments, post
updates, and provide pictures during conversing with the customer
service. We may use comments contained in the photos or pictures you
uploaded.
4. Additional
services based on microphone-related voice technology: After you have granted
the microphone permission, you may use microphone for voice chat in the chat
room. Please note that even if you have agreed to grant the microphone
permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone you
have used for voice chat.
5.Additional services based on calendar:
After you have granted the calendar read/write permission, we may access your
calendar to set the Event commencement date and the date when ticket
sales are launched, to provide reminding services.

(xi) Miscellaneous
1. If the
information to be provided by you contains any personal information of other
users, you must ensure that you have obtained the legal authorization thereof
before providing such information to Damai. If any personal
information about a child is involved, you shall obtain the consent of the
guardian thereof before releasing such information. In the case above, the
guardian has the right to contact us through the channels provided in Article
VIII hereof, requesting for correction or deletion of any personal information
about the child.
2. If we
intend to use your personal information for any other purposes not specified
herein, or for purposes other than the specific purpose for which such
information is collected, or to obtain your personal information from any third
party, we will seek your consent in advance.
To obtain your
personal information indirectly from a third party, we will, before collecting
such information, explicitly require the third party in writing to seek your
consent and inform you of the information to be shared in accordance with law.
If any sensitive information is involved, we will require the third party to
seek your explicit confirmation and to make a commitment as to the legality and
the compliance of its source. In case of any violation by the third party, we
will expressly require the third party to bear the legal consequence therefor;
At the same time, our professional security team will work to reinforce the
safety of personal information (including through sensitive information
reporting, sensitive information encrypted storage and access control
mechanisms). We will adopt methods and measures not inferior to those adopted
by us to protect the personal information of our own users, to protect the
personal information we have obtained indirectly.
3. Exceptions to
authorization or consent
You fully
understand and agree that we may, without your authorization or consent,
collect and use your personal information, and may not respond to your request
for information correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of
consent and retrieval in the following circumstances:
(1) that are
related to national security or national defense security;
(2) that are
related to public safety, public health or vital public interests;
(3) that are
related to administration of justice or administrative enforcement, such as
crime investigation, prosecution, trial or judgment execution;
(4) where it is
difficult to obtain your consent but the purpose is to protect your or other
individuals' vital legitimate interests such as life and property;
(5) where personal
information is actively disclosed by you to the public;
(6) where personal
information is collected from those disclosed legally and publicly, such as
legal news releases and government publications;
(7) where it is
necessary for executing and performing relevant agreements or other written
documents with you;
(8) where it is
necessary for maintaining safe and stable operation of the products/services
provided, such as identification or disposal of failures of products/services;
(9) where it is
necessary for legal news reporting;
(10) where it is
necessary for the academic or research institute to conduct statistics or
academic research in the public interest, and the personal information
contained in the academic research or description provided externally is
de-identified; and
(11) Other
circumstances provided by laws and regulations.
Please note that if
we take, under applicable laws, technical and other
necessary measures to process your personal information in a way that may
prevent the data recipient from identifying a specific individual, and such
data are un-restorable or if we conduct de-identification research, or
statistical analysis or prediction based on the collected information, to
improve the contents and layout of Damai, advise the product or service
decision-making, or improve our products and services (including the use of
anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), we
may not inform you separately to obtain your consent as to the use of the
processed data.
4. If we no longer
provide Damai products or services, we will forthwith stop collecting your
personal information and we will inform you of our suspension of business by
sending you notice or making an announcement, while deleting and anonymizing
relevant personal information. If any personal information about a child is
involved, we will inform the guardian thereof of our suspension of business in
a timely manner.
II. How we use
Cookie and similar technologies
(i) Cookie
To ensure normal
operation of the website, provide you with a better user experience, and push
to you contents that may interest you, we will store, in your computer or
mobile device, cookies, Flash cookies or browsers (or associated applications)
which typically provide local storage for identifiers, site names, and some
numbers and characters, among others (collectively "Cookies") . With
the help of cookies, our website can store data about your preferences and
products in your shopping cart, etc.
As long as your
browser or browser add-on service permits, you may modify the acceptance level
of cookies or reject cookies. For details,
see AboutCookies.org. However, if you do so, your safe access to our website
may be affected in certain circumstances, and you may need to modify user
settings each time you visit our website.
(ii) Similar
technologies
In addition to
cookies, we also use web beacons, pixel tags, ETag and other similar
technologies on our website.
For example, we may
send you an email containing a link to our website. If you click on the link,
we will track the click to learn your preference for our products or services,
so that we may actively improve users’ experience with our services. Web
beacons are usually transparent images embedded in a website or an email. With
the help of pixel tags in emails, we can know whether our emails are opened. If
you do not want your activity to be tracked in this way, you may unsubscribe
from our mailing list at any time.
ETag (entity tag)
is the HTTP protocol header transmitted between the Internet browser and the
internet server, and can replace cookies. ETag can help us avoid unnecessary
server load, improve service efficiency and save resources and energy, and at
the same time, it enables us to record your identity, so that we can further
understand and improve our products or services. Most browsers provide
users with a function to clear the cached data in the browser. You may perform
corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings. However,
please note that if ETag is disabled, you may not be able to enjoy a better
experience with our products or services.
III. How we share,
transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
(i) Sharing
Respecting and
protecting your right to privacy is a bottom line and basic principle of Damai.
We will not provide your personal information to any third party, except in the
following circumstances:
1.In order to comply with applicable
laws and regulations, litigation, or requests made by administrative or
judiciary authorities in accordance with law, we may have to disclose your
personal information, or use the same for public interests in compliance with
laws and regulations;
3. We will only share necessary
personal information and are bound by the purposes stated herein. In case that
there is a need for us to share your sensitive personal information, or our
affiliates need to alter the purpose or the way of processing your personal
information, we will seek your authorization or consent again.
4.Authorized partners providing
advertising and analysis services. Without your permission, we will not share
your identity information with our partners that provide advertising and
analysis services to us. Our partners will help us process information related
to advertising coverage and effectiveness, but we will not provide your
identity information to them, or we will de-identify such information so that it does not identify you personally. The above
partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally
obtained to provide the advertising services or implement our decision-making.
(2) Suppliers, service providers and
other partners. We will send information to suppliers, service providers and
other partners that support our business in various ways, including through
providing technical infrastructure services or helping us analyze how our
services are used, evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising and services,
provide customers services or payment convenience or conduct academic research
or survey.

explicit consent: We will only transfer your personal information to other
parties with your explicit consent; we will not permit our partners to sub-transfer
any personal information about a child.
2. Necessary
transfer as required by applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or
mandatory administrative or judiciary orders;

agreed in relevant agreements (including electronic agreements and
corresponding platform rules executed online) or other legal documents executed
with you;
4. With respect to
transfer of personal information in merger, acquisition or bankruptcy
liquidation, we will request the company or organization holding your personal
information as a result thereof to continue to be bound by this clause;
otherwise we will request the company or organization to seek your
authorization or consent again in respect thereof.
(iii) Public
disclosure
We will only
publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
1. With your
explicit consent or based on your voluntary choice;
2. Upon
confirming your violation of laws or regulations or severe violation of
relevant agreements or rules of Damai, or for the purpose of protecting the
personal and property safety of Damai users or the public from damage, we may
disclose your personal information to the extent permitted by applicable laws
and regulations or with your consent, including related violations and the
measures Damai has taken against you.
(iv) Exceptions to
prior authorization or consent requirement for sharing, transferring, or
publicly disclosing personal information
We may share,
transfer or publicly disclose your personal information without your prior
authorization or consent in following circumstances:
1. that are related to national security
or national defense security;
2. that are related to public safety,
public health or vital public interests;
3. that are related to administration of
justice or administrative enforcement, such as crime investigation,
prosecution, trial or judgment execution;
4. where it is difficult to obtain your
consent but the purpose is to protect your or other individuals' vital
legitimate interests such as life and property;
5. where personal information is
disclosed by you to the public;
6. where personal information is
collected from those disclosed legally and publicly, such as legal news
releases and government publications;
Please note that if
we take, under applicable laws, technical and other
necessary measures to process your personal information in a way that may
prevent the data recipient from identifying a specific individual, and such
data are un-restorable, we may not inform you separately to obtain your consent
as to the sharing, transferring or public disclosure of the processed data.
IV. How we store
and protect your personal information
(i) Storage
1. Territory
Personal
information collected and generated during our operation within the territory
of the People’s Republic of China are stored in China, unless,
(1) otherwise
provided by the applicable laws;
(2) expressly
authorized by you;
(3) you are
involved in online cross-border transactions or any other conducts on your own
initiative.
We will ensure that
your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this
Privacy Policy in the above cases.
2. Storage period
We will take
reasonable and practical measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal
information. We will only retain your personal information for the
period required to achieve the purpose stated herein, unless otherwise required
by law, such as the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of
China that requires the retention time for goods and services
information and the transaction information for no less than 3 years from the
date of completion of the transaction. We will determine the aforementioned
period based on:
(1) the
need to fulfill the purpose of completing relevant transactions with you, to
maintain corresponding transaction and business records, and to respond to
possible inquiries or complaints from you;
(2) the
need to guarantee the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;
(3) whether
you agree to a longer retention period;
(4) whether
there is any other special agreement on the retention period.
Upon expiration of
the retention period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it
in accordance with applicable laws.
(ii) Protection
1. We will take all
reasonable and practical measures to protect your personal information. Damai
uses a SSL security certificate, through which an encrypted channel can be
established between the clients (e.g., browser, APP) used by our member and our
web server, so that all data for online transmission will be encrypted first,
and decrypted when transmitted to the destination. In this way, even if any data
packet is intercepted during the transmission, it is very difficult to crack
the content thereof. Let’s take our members visiting Damai via a browser as an
example. A security symbol in the shape of a “lock” will be automatically
activated with the SSL technology. An URL starting with “https” in the address
bar on a webpage means that a SSL encrypted secure channel has been established
between the browser and web server. In such case, the credit card number,
transaction password and other confidential information input by our members
online will not be viewed, stolen or amended during the network transmission.
Please refer to the “Account Security – SSL Security Certificate” for details.
We have designated
a special person to be responsible for the protection of children’s personal
information, set strict access control and applied the minimum necessary
principle to personnel who may have access to such information. We have also
taken technical measures to record and control the way of how our personnel
process children’s personal information to prevent illegal duplication and
downloading thereof.
2. We will
take all reasonably practical measures to comply with the principle of
collecting only necessary information. We will retain your personal information
only for the period stated herein, unless for such causes provided for by laws
and regulations.
3. We have
established a special “Damai Anti-fraud Platform”, to provide security monitoring
information and risk warnings. In addition, we kindly advise you to
refrain from showing your ticket or personal information on any online social
platform, or to effectively shield the same at the time of disclosing, so as to
prevent lawbreakers from practicing fraud using your public information.
4. The Internet
environment is not 100% safe. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the
safety of any information you send to us. If your legitimate rights or
interests are damaged due to any unauthorized access, public disclosure or
falsification, or destruction of your information as a result of damage to our
physical, technical, or managing or protective facilities, we will bear
corresponding legal liabilities therefor.
5. If,
unfortunately, any personal information security incident occurs, we will, in
accordance with relevant laws and regulations, promptly notify you of: the
basic information about and possible impacts of the incident, measures we have
taken or are about to take, suggestions for you on how you should prevent and
reduce risks by yourself and remedies to be offered to you, etc. We will
promptly notify you via email, letter, telephone or push notification of
relevant information about the incident or, if it is difficult to notify each
individual affected by the incident, make a public announcement in a reasonable
and effective manner.
We have developed
an emergency response plan for security incidents involving children's
information, and will regularly organize emergency response trainings and
drills for relevant internal personnel to enable them to master skills required
for fulfilling their duties and be familiar with the emergency response
strategies and procedures. If, unfortunately any security incident involving
children's information occurs, we will, in accordance with laws and
regulations, promptly inform the children concerned and their guardians of: the
basic information and possible impact of the security incident, measures we
have taken or are about to take, our suggestions for children and their
guardians on how they should prevent and reduce risks themselves, and remedies
to be offered to children and their guardians. We will promptly notify children
and their guardians, via APP push notification, email or short message or
otherwise of relevant information about the incident, or, if it is difficult to
notify each individual concerned, release warnings in a reasonable and
effective manner. We will also, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory
authorities, actively report how security incidents involving children’s
information are handled. We will be legally liable for the damage caused to the
legitimate rights or interests of children or their guardians.
At the same time,
we will also, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities,
actively report how the personal information security incidents are handled.
V. How we manage
your information
(i) Access, correct
or supplement your personal information
1. Account
information: you may access or edit your basic personal information in your
account at “My Damai- Personal Information” after logging on to Damai.
2. Change the
bound phone: If you want to change the bound phone number of your account,
You may edit it in your account at “My Damai-Account Centre-Account Settings”
after logging on to Damai.
3. Recommended
information: If you don’t want to receive any event information recommended by
Damai, You may unsubscribe it at in your account at “My-Recommend for You”
after logging on to Damai..
4. Delivery
information: If you want to change the delivery address, please check your
order status first, to see whether your order is already in the delivery; if it

(ii) Delete your
personal information
You may
request us to delete your personal information if:
1. We handle your
personal information in violation of laws, regulations or agreements;
2. We collect and
use your personal information without your consent;
3. You no longer
use our products or services, or you have cancelled your account;
If we decide to
respond to your request for deleting, we will also demand entities obtaining
your personal information from us to delete the same in a timely manner, unless
otherwise provided for by laws and regulations, or such entities have obtained
your independent authorization.
After relevant
information has been deleted by you, with or without our help, we may not be
able to delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately
due to the restriction of applicable laws or security technologies. We will
retain your personal information in a safe manner and further isolate it from
other information till the backup can be deleted or anonymized.
(iii) Apply for
cancellation of your account
You may apply for
cancellation of your account by calling Damai customer service at 1010-3721 and
400-610-3721 or contacting the "Online Customer Service”. Upon your active
cancellation of your account, we will cease providing products and services to
you, and we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance
with applicable laws. However, if you have any unfulfilled order or there are
other exceptional circumstances that may affect your right to ticket purchase,
we will cancel your account after the above circumstances disappear.
You may withdraw
the personal information you have authorized us to use by correcting, deleting
or cancelling the same (for example, you may unsubscribe from the event
information by withdrawing your consent to receive such information as provided
for in Article V hereof). After you have withdrawn your consent, we will no
longer process your personal information in the corresponding way. Your
decision to withdraw your consent will not, however, affect the previous
processing of your personal information performed by us based on your consent.
(iv) Respond to
your request above
To ensure safety,
you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We
may ask you to go through the identity authentication process before processing
your request.
We will respond to
you within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may also
file a complaint through Damai customer service.
In principle, we do
not charge any fees for your reasonable request. However, we may, where
appropriate, impose a certain fee to cover our costs for repeated requests or
requests that extend beyond reasonable limits. We may reject requests that are
not directly related to you, or unnecessarily repetitive or require massive
technological input (such as developing new systems or modifying the existing
practices fundamentally), or are detrimental to the legitimate rights and
interests of others, or are very impracticable.
Under applicable
laws and regulations, we may not respond to your request, if
1. It is related to
national security and national defense security;
2. It is related to
public safety, public health, and vital public interests;
3. It is related to
criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment, etc.;
4. There is
sufficient evidence that the subject of personal information is subjectively
malicious or abuses his rights;
5. Responding to
your request will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights of yours or
other individuals or organizations;
6. Trade secrets
are involved.
VI. How we handle
minors’ personal information
In e-commerce
activities, we presume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you
are a minor, please read these Terms carefully in the company of your parents
or any other guardian, and use our services or provide your information to us
with the consent thereof.
Upon discovering
that you are a child, we will contact your guardian and seek the agreement
